Last month, we learned that The Lost Caverns of Ixalan would feature mechanically unique Jurassic Park cards inserted into Set and Collector Boosters, as well as two Secret Lair drops—but we didn’t get to see any cards. Well, that changed today at MagicCon Las Vegas!

First up is Welcome to… // Jurassic Park!
As you walk through those gates, who else would you expect to see other than Ian Malcolm, Chaotician and Indominus Rex, Alpha!
These Jurassic Park cards will mirror the way that the Transformers cards worked in The Brothers’ War. They will have their own set code—REX—and will only be legal in Commander, Legacy, and Vintage.
They will be released alongside The Lost Caverns of Ixalan on November 17, 2023, and will only be found in Set and Collector Boosters.
