The start of a new week means there’s a new Midweek Magic right around the corner, and this time players will have a chance to play with some of the best cards to come out from the past three sets (plus March of the Machine: The Aftermath). Using these cards, you’ll have to brew a 60-card deck to take down your opponents for a chance to win some sweet rewards.

There are three rewards you players can earn from every Midweek Magic event. The first two rewards are Rare Individual Cards, randomly picked from all rare and mythic rare cards on Magic: The Gathering Arena. The third item players can earn is a Mystery Cosmetic pack, which can contain a new card style or even a new pet or avatar.

For the On The Edge event, players can join starting at 2 p.m. PT on Tuesday and will have until Thursday at 2 p.m. PT to get all three of their wins in to earn those rewards. On The Edge is available on both the Magic: The Gathering Arena app and game client.

March of the Machine Constructed Rules

Using cards only found in The Brothers’ War, Phyrexia: All Will Be One, March of the Machine, and March of the Machine: The Aftermath, you’ll assemble a 60-card deck from these four powerful sets.

A fairly straightforward aggro deck for players who like to build there creatures up might be this White and Green +1/+1 counters-based deck. There are a few cards from the past few sets that double up your +1/+1 counters, particularly in March of the Machine. Creatures like Kami of Whispered Hopes pulls double duty as both a counter engine and mana ramp.

At the same time, the legendary artifact Ozolith, the Shattered Spire not only increases your counters but also can start distributing them for you. Other cards like, Gaea’s Gift and Siege Veteran can also push +1/+1 counters to your team, getting the engine going.
